Pearl Street

Doyce’s cousin Sarah is in town for a few days, so we met her and a colleague tonight, and went to The Black Pearl on Pearl Street in Denver for a fantastic meal (calamari to start, with pan-seared salmon for me and a ribeye for Doyce. Nom nom nom). Afterwards, walking back to the car, I took this shot of the street, which is truly one I need to remember to come back and explore more fully in the daytime, when all the cute shops are open. Especially the one with the baby pacifier that says “Snooze Button” on it.

In any case, I’m thrilled I managed to get the settings right for this shot, without either a tripod or flash. Woot!
