This week’s prompt is Memories. For this week we would like you to create an image using one your memories as an inspiration. Feel free to interpret this as literally or as loosely as you would like. It could be an image inspired by a childhood memory, a photograph of an object that means a lot to you or even documenting a brand new memory from this point in your life.
This past weekend, I made Doyce’s grandma Floy’s famous caramel rolls. It’s a sense memory, of how they’re supposed to taste, as well as a way to keep Floy’s memory alive. I particularly like this outtake of Zoe counting off how many rolls we got from the dough.
