As I mentioned on Facebook, today was a good balance of doing stuff and taking it easy. This morning after we dropped Doyce off, we went to Fort Ebey State Park and explored the gun battery, then hiked a little before grabbing snacks in the car.
Back at the beach house, we took the rowboat out for a little spin on the lake, then had lunch, and settled Zoe and Sean down for naps, while Kaylee and I chilled out.
Zoe slept for a blessed three hours, then we picked Daddy up early from class, hit Coupeville for a little shopping, then headed home. After another spin or two around the lake, we had some dinner, watched a little The Legend of Korra, and went to sleep. Another good day!
