Not a housing slump or a market slump, at least not personally, thank god, just a sort of non-specific activity slump. I was so excited to find a Nia class out here when I moved, but the 9am time is killing me — if I’m out of bed already, I’m working, and if I’m just getting out of bed — well, I just don’t move that quickly in the mornings. I think I need to just drive my boxed bike to the bike store and ask them to reassemble it. Each time I think we’re going to do it, it doesn’t get done.
And I’m out here in beautiful Colorado, bike trails all around, and I haven’t been on my bike in months. Unacceptable!
I need to make time for myself during the work day, I think, and take my lunch break at the gym, swimming or something. Something. Anything.
Else how am I going to be fit enough to tromp around NYC next month in heels?
