Miss me? After taking a year off of any official photography project (aside from copious shots of Sean), with the advent of 2012 I’m ushering in a new year-long project. I think this may even be trickier than the 365 Project, for a couple of reasons. First of all, it’s all about self-portraits. Yeah, pictures of me. I’m comfortable now behind the camera, but in front of it? Not so much. But I want to get better, so… this.
The second reason has to do with the timing of things. It was one thing to know I had to take a picture and post it every day, but every seven days? That’s harder to track. I’m not promising to take a shot on the same day every week, but with the New Year starting on a Sunday, it’s somewhat easier to promise that I will post one picture of me (or part of me) every week, counting a week as Sunday-to-Saturday.
