P52: Week 31 — Negative Space to Isolate the Subject

From the assignment:

This week, we will continue to explore isolating our subjects in our composition. Negative space is a common compositional device used to isolate the subject and is defined in the most simple way as the area that surrounds the subject. When we think of negative space, we often think of clean, plain backgrounds, but negative space can also be more complex and part of the story you are telling as a secondary subject.

I like a clean stark background at times, but I also love how the grass here works as negative space while also adding texture.
