Coming in close to the wire, posting this in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve, but here’s my final image of 2016. Taken on Christmas Eve, this is my husband reading to our three kids. We let everyone open one present after dinner on Christmas Eve, and maneuvered it so that everyone got a book (taking a cue from the Icelandic tradition of Jolabokaflod, or the “Christmas Book Flood.”)
