September’s been a quiet month for shooting, so I reached back to July for this pic of Kaylee and Sean on our beach vacation. It was a great shot for showing where we were, but in editing it this week, I cropped to bring the focus on their connection, straightened the horizon, brightened their faces and her hair, dodged a little bit to add some more contrast on the ocean and the rocks around them, then reduced the saturation on everything but them. Not something I’d do on every picture, but I love the art quality I think it brings to the shot!
