After a week away and a busy week attempting to get caught up from being away, I had a chance to shoot a Nia White Belt training graduation ceremony yesterday, as well as a Nia class. (If you don’t know what Nia is, it’s a fun barefoot cardio class that combines dance, martial arts, and movement, and is a belted discipline for teachers.) This lovely girl just earned her White Belt, the first level for teachers or lifestyle practitioners. I love how shooting wide open put the focus on her beautiful eyes!
