While it’s still August, and the very heart of summer for some, around here, we’re back in the swing of school, and today brought a hint of cooler weather and thoughts of fall. And with fall, as all photographers know, come fall sessions! When moms desperate for that perfect family photo turn to the pros or their friends-with-cameras for a shot to show off in their annual Christmas photo. Maybe I’m looking too far ahead, but when I think of those fall sessions to come, I’m inspired by ClickinMoms instructors @vgreuloch and @chloeramirez, whose images show families that truly seem to care for each other. And the heart of that, I think, is connection.
Whether it is an image showing physical connection, a emotional connection between your subjects, or a connection through the lens between subject and photographer, this week I want you to shoot for images with connection.
