Show us what is in season or popular in your neck of the world. Do you have access to some beautiful heirloom tomatoes at a farmer’s market? Is it butternut squash season? Do you have beautiful citrus, greens, or alliums? Take pictures of them whole, sliced, diced, on the vine, or served up (fruit pie pictures most welcome). Borrow inspiration from a classic still life, shoot macro, take on backlight, etc. Try something new, like using soda water to create bubbles on fruit. If you do something different, let us know how you took the shot so others can try too.
