Holiday color.
We were out of town for most of the holidays so a tree wasn’t in the picture, but I did buy a wreath for our dining room table, and decorated it with one of my favorite silver bowls and a pile of red ornaments. If you look closely in one of the balls, you can see a self-portrait, with a bonus glimpse of my little helper, who saw me taking pictures for this project and wanted to take some herself.
I really like the sharp contrasts between the green and red. What is the bowl made of? It looks mostly shiny, but dull in places too.
I think it’s just stainless steel. The dull parts are probably where there’s been fingerprints.
Wow. Something about this picture I really really like but if you asked me to describe it I probably couldn’t. It’s just… pretty. I dig it.
