First Snowfall
Yesterday saw the first snowfall of the season, and we woke this morning to a still-crunchy crust of ice and snow on the back deck and a light dusting in the backyard (in the front, the southern sun had already melted the snow by the time I looked out the window).
I love winter in Colorado — it’s beautiful, and allows me to enjoy it more, instead of having to trudge through frigid winds and giant slush piles in New York City as I used to.
